The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is a non-profit organisation that exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it and for the environment it grows in. Through BCI farmers receive training on how to use water efficiently, care for the health of the soil and natural habitats, reduce use of the most harmful chemicals and apply decent work principles.
When you see the BCI logo on a product, it means that you’re buying a majority cotton product from a retailer or brand that is committed to sourcing better cotton and investing in BCI farmers.
